What happens
- Your email, phone number and password are removed. You won't be able to sign in.
- Every business you own is closed and comes off the shop.
- Your customers' names, numbers and addresses are removed.
- Your creative jobs, with their measurements and photos, are deleted.
- Your saved delivery places and the location points from your deliveries are deleted.
- Payment and invoice records are kept, without your customers' names and numbers.
It is refused while money is still owed either way, a paid order is not finished, a delivery you sent or are carrying isn't finished yet, or a withdrawal or refund is waiting: those have to be settled first, and this page tells you which. You can do the same thing in the app: More, then Delete account.
If you only bought something as a guest, you have no account to delete. To have an order's details removed, write to [email protected].
